The article is related to assessment of flexible work forms from the perspective of an employee. The objective of the article is determine whether the social-economic features of employees play an important role in their assessment of flexible employment. The research is based on the survey conducted among 284 respondents who are employees of seven chosen enterprises from SME sector. The survey questions analyzed in the article concern the assessment in a grade scale from 1 to 5 positive and negative aspects of employment in flexible forms. For the purpose of the research there were 10 positive and negative aspects proposed, distinguished on the basis of literature study. Most of the results obtained is consistent with the literature assumptions.

Artykuł dotyczy oceny pracy w formach elastycznych z perspektywy pracobiorcy. Celem artykułu jest określenie, czy cechy społeczno-ekonomiczne pracobiorców odgrywają rolę w ich ocenie elastycznego zatrudnienia. Badania oparto na ankiecie przeprowadzonej wśród 284 respondentów, będących pracownikami siedmiu wybranych przedsiębiorstw sektora MSP. Analizowane w artykule pytania ankiety odnosiły się do wyceny w skali punktowej od 1 do 5 pozytywnych i negatywnych aspektów zatrudnienia w elastycznych formach. Dla potrzeb badania zaproponowano po 10 aspektów pozytywnych i negatywnych, wyodrębnionych na podstawie studiów literaturowych. Większość uzyskanych wyników jest zgodna z założeniami literaturowymi.
