Opodatkowanie dochodów osób małoletnich powoduje pewne problemy społeczne. Wątpliwości w tym zakresie budzi unikanie opodatkowania, zmniejszanie wysokości podatku lub stosowanie kumulacji podatkowej. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie ogólnego obrazu stanu prawnego wynikającego z opodatkowania dochodów osób małoletnich oraz wykazanie, że stanowi on istotny problem, który powinien być brany pod uwagę w reformach systemu podatkowego w Polsce.

The income taxation of minors pose certain social problems. A total exemption from taxation, a tax reduction or the application of tax accumulation prove doubtful and unsatisfactory approaches. This paper attempts to give a general picture of the legal status of income taxation of minors and demonstrates that it presents a quandary which has to be taken care of on the occasion of upcoming Polish fiscal reforms.
