This article describes the features of students’ experience on implementing health-saving technologies in practice with high school pupils. The measures in the system of future physical education teachers’ training in the field of health-saving, namely the work of the School of the future physical training teacher, business games, students’ research work, teaching practice and volunteer work in the field of health-saving are analyzed. The purpose of the article is to disclose and justify the methodology of development of students’ experience in the implementation of health-saving technologies in the process of practical activity with high school pupils. In order to identify the current state of preparation of the future physical training teachers to the implementation of health-saving technologies in high school we conducted a survey of college students, which was attended by 465 people. Analysis of responses indicates that a significant number of respondents (71.66 %) strongly believes that in modern times it is advisable to train future teachers of physical training to the introduction of health-saving technologies in high school and only 14.85 % students believe that it is not appropriate to prepare future teachers of physical education in this area. To implement pedagogical support of formation of the future physical education teachers’ health preservation we used technology in high school. So the main result of future physical education teachers’ training should be seen not only in the availability in graduates of fundamental knowledge in various fields of science, a high level of professional skills, but also a certain willingness to be a competitive person and take care of health-saving activities. The features of students’ experience on implementing health preservation technology in practice with high school pupils are the main goal of the study. Prospects for further scientific research are seen in the development of a teaching system for efficient formation of the future physical training teachers’ readiness to the implementation of health-saving technologies in high school.

The publication describes the Polish policy regarding the Polish diaspora from 2015 to 2020. The base of the article is the relationship with the Polish-American community. The author covers not only formal aspects, including legal and institutional instruments but also presents selected examples of practical activities undertaken within this policy. The article starts with a summary of the history of the Polish diaspora in the territory of today’s United States. The author described the role played by Polish citizens in the building and development of the first American settlements. That was a cornerstone of Polish American cooperation that is vital for both nations till the present times. Lastly, the author presented facts and numbers related to contemporary Polish diaspora living in the United States. In the next part, the author points out the regulations regulations which are base for these policy. Due to the multitude of legal norms in this area, the article focuses on selected several regulated areas. In this part the author also touches on the topic of the institutions dedicated to conduct activities in this sector. In the following part publication focuses on examples of practical activities undertaken by Polish institutions. These included financial support for Polish educational and cultural institutions and public media, as well as cooperation with the US government and inviting Poland in the visa-waiver program. In conclusion, the Polish policy on the relation with the diaspora was at a sufficient level. The Polish Government continuously cooperates with various representatives of the Polish community. This attitude allows the Government to act effectively and meet the expectations of the Polish-American community. We need to keep in mind that a multitude of regulations might look inconsistent. Therefore it would be appropriate to codify the regulations in one document. It would be also considered to create a representative office in the United States for this matter.

Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu jest charakterystyka polityki polonijnej prowadzonej przez Polskę w latach 2015-2020 na podstawie stosunków z Polonią amerykańską. Autorka przybliższa czytelnikowi zarówno aspekty formalne, w tym instrumenty prawne oraz instytucjonalne, jak również przedstawia wybrane przykłady praktycznych działań podejmowanych w ramach owej polityki. Rozważania rozpoczęto od zwięzłego przedstawienia historii Polonii na terytorium dzisiejszych Stanów Zjednoczonych. Bazując na dostępnych publikacjach, opisano rolę, jaką odegrali obywatele Polski w budowaniu i rozwoju pierwszych amerykańskich osad. Tym samym wskazano na początek współpracy polsko-amerykańskiej, która widoczna jest po dziś dzień. Na koniec przedstawiono statystyki związane ze współczesną Polonią zamieszkującą Stany Zjednoczone. W dalszej kolejności wskazano na podstawy prawne regulujące prowadzenie polityki polonijnej przez Polskę. Ze względu na mnogość norm prawnych w tym zakresie, autorka odniosła się jedynie do wybranych. W ramach tego zagadnienia omówiono również podstawowe instytucje, którym powierzono zadania na rzecz Polonii. Następnie omówione zostały przykłady praktycznych działań, których podjęły się polskie instytucje. Pośród nich znalazły się wsparcie finansowe polonijnych placówek edukacyjnych i kulturowych oraz mediów publicznych oraz współpraca z rządem Stanów Zjednoczonych dotycząca włączenia Polski do programu bezwizowego. W konkluzji należy dojść do wniosku, że w ostatnich latach polityka polonijna prowadzona była na dobrym poziomie. Polski rząd podejmuje się współpracy z różnymi przedstawicielami środowisk polonijnych, w tym z licznymi placówkami edukacyjnymi czy organizacjami pozarządowymi. Pozwala to na znacznie efektywniejsze zaspokojenie potrzeb członków Polonii amerykańskiej. Należy jednak zastanowić się nad lepszym usystematyzowaniem regulacji – być może w ramach jednego katalogu norm – oraz nad stworzeniem w Stanach Zjednoczonych przedstawicielstwa instytucji zajmujących się tą materią.
