The need for scientific understanding of safety practices based on the actual understanding of the relationship between theory and practice. Its definition depends not only on the philosophical school or philosophical current that it interprets, but also on what major departments and connections dominate their definition. If we use in our concept of the primacy of practice and knowledge, then the need for scientific knowledge of current security practice determines limiting safety practice itself. The source of development knowledge in security practice and development of security theory is a philosophical conflict between security theory and practice, and safety practices is crucial aspect of this contradictory unity. The need for a scientific understanding of the field of security operations ultimately determines safety practice, this relationship is then inevitably reflected in the areas of education and creation of different models of cognition.
