Artykuł analizuje procedurę wzruszenia wyniku egzaminu maturalnego na podstawie art. 44zzz ustawy z dnia 7 września 1991 roku o systemie oświaty, wskazując kolejne jej etapy oraz przytaczając poglądy doktrynalne prawa w tym przedmiocie. Tekst, opierając się na wykładni literalnej i systemowej, uwypukla mocne i słabe strony obecnego stanu prawnego oraz proponuje możliwości polepszenia działania systemu oświaty w Polsce. Tekst analizuje także nowelizację, która weszła w życie 1 stycznia 2017 roku, a która wprowadza do wyżej wymienionej ustawy instytucję Kolegium Arbitrażu Egzaminacyjnego.

The article analyses the procedure of challenging the matura exam results on the grounds of the Article 44zzz of Education System Act of September 7th 1991 by pointing its stages and quoting doctrinal views on this topic. Basing on literary and system interpretation, the text brings out strengths and weaknesses of the current law and proposes the ways of improving efficiency of the Education System in Poland. The text also analyses the freshest amendment of abovementioned act, which entered into force on 1st January, 2017, and which introduced the new institution of Arbitral Examination College.
