The article presents so far an unknown Polish handwritten journal Jedność (Unity) published in 1862 in Vilnius. Only two issues of the journal have survived in the Lithuanian State Archives in Vilnius. It was published out of the Russian censorship, thus, its editors were anonymous and instead of printing they rewrote the journal by hand. The main subject were Polish-Russian relations.
