The projects’ development in dynamically developing creative industries requires a search for new sources of creating the competitive advantage. One of the approaches – in addition to the risk analysis – is the efficiency management. The aim of the study is to evaluate the complexity of the efficiency management in business (especially innovative) projects. In the article, there is presented the methodology of WZZE (complexity of efficiency management) index construction, referring to the 11 specific factors.

Realizacja projektów w dynamicznie rozwijających się sektorach kreatywnych wymaga poszukiwania nowych źródeł kreowania przewagi konkurencyjnej. Jednym z podejść – obok analizy ryzyka – jest zarządzanie efektywnością procesów. Celem pracy jest ocena złożoności zarządzania efektywnością w projektach biznesowych (o charakterze innowacyjnym). W artykule przedstawiono metodykę konstrukcji i analizę wartości wskaźnika WZZE (złożoności zarządzania efektywnością), odwołując się do 11 czynników cząstkowych.
