Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników projektu pilotażowego dotyczącego rachunków wydatków na ochronę środowiska, prowadzonego w Polsce w 2014 roku. Rachunek ten, prowadzony zgodnie ze standardami Europejskiego Systemu Rachunków (ESA), obejmuje całą gospodarkę narodową w podziale na sektory działalności, takie jak: sektor instytucji rządowych i samorządowych, przedsiębiorstwa, sektor usług ochrony środowiska oraz gospodarstwa domowe. Dane zgromadzono w układzie dziewięciu dziedzin ochrony środowiska.

The aim of this paper is to present the results of a pilot project on environmental protection expenditure accounts, conducted in Poland in 2014. The EPEA is compatible with the ESA standards and encompasses the entire national economy, according to activity sectors: governmental institutions, business, environmental services, and households. Data are collected in nine categories of environmental protection.
