Artykuł ten dotyczy problematyki zawodowych kompetencji nauczycieli fotografii i filmu średnich szkół plastycznych w świetle zachodzących przemian w technologiach zapisu i przetwarzania informacji o obrazie i dźwięku. Dynamiczny rozwój tych technologii spowodował konieczność przystosowania się nauczycieli fotografii i filmu do tych przemian. Na tle tych zjawisk i czynników wskazuje się potrzebę badań nad kompetencjami tych nauczycieli w celu sformułowania stosownych propozycji i wskazówek do profesjonalnego przygotowania multimedialnego tej grupy nauczycieli, a także ich dalszego dokształcania i doskonalenia

This article refers to the issue of professional competences of photography and film teachers working in the secondary arts school, in the light of the changes taking place in multimedia technology. The dynamic development of these technologies makes it necessary to adapt the teachers of photography and film to these conditions. Against these circumstances, it indicates the need for research on the competences in order to formulate appropriate proposals and guidelines for the professional multimedia preparation of that group of teachers, as well as further training and improvement.
