Professional work is a fundamental form of human activity that plays a major role in satisfying vital development needs. However, as shown by previous empirical studies, it adds different value in the lives of working people, and the various aspects of it are sometimes evaluated differently depending on the occupation and professional role one performs. In tough and dangerous professions such as that of a military pilot, dedication plays a key role in the quality of performed services. Following these premises, a diagnosis of values that are associated with work of professional military pilots was conducted. This problem is considered in the context of socio-professional conditions.

W zawodach trudnych i niebezpiecznych, do których należy profesja pilota wojskowego, znaczenie przywiązywane do wykonywanej pracy odgrywa kluczową rolę w jakości pełnionej służby. Kierując się tymi przesłankami, dokonałem diagnozy wartości, jakie piloci wojskowi wiążą z wykonywaną pracą zawodową. Problematykę tę rozpatrywałem w kontekście uwarunkowań społeczno-zawodowych.
