Żyjemy w czasach, w których liczy się fachowość i profesjonalizm dlatego racje społeczne i osobiste przemawiają aby starać się rozwijać wysokie kwalifikacje zawodowe oraz zabiegać o szansę rozwoju dla siebie i organizacji. Niniejszy artykuł przybliża idee rozwoju pracownika nowoczesną metodą, jaką jest coaching. Można wyodrębnić w nim dwie części. Pierwsza z nich poświęcona jest rozwojowi w aspekcie zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, w drugiej omówiony został coaching, jako nowoczesna forma wspierania rozwoju pracownika w ujęciu teoretycznym oraz praktycznym.

We are living in the time where competence and professionalism matter, that is why social reasons say that people should try to develop strong professional qualifications and strive for a development change for ourselves and organization. This article introduces the idea of the modern method of employee development, which is coaching. It can be divided into two parts. The first one is dedicated to the development in the context of human resource management and the second one discusses the coaching, as a modern method of employee development in theory and practice.
