Zawody z obszaru rachunkowości oraz architektury należą do kategorii zawodów specjalistycznych, których podstawą są wiedza i umiejętności merytoryczne, zakotwiczone w określonym systemie wiedzy specjalistycznej. Współcześnie, w coraz większym stopniu, sukces zawodowy jest efektem zarówno kompetencji merytorycznych, jak i umiejętności społecznych. Artykuł prezentuje sześć profesjogramów zawodowych, czyli profili predyspozycji zawodowych i kompetencji społecznych, po trzy z obszarów księgowości i architektury, a także procedurę ich opracowania i sprawdzania trafności. Artykuł ma charakter empiryczny, zastosowano metody jakościowe (ocena sędziów kompetentnych i obserwacja uczestnicząca) oraz ilościowe (kwestionariusz PPA Thomasa i ankieta ewaluacyjna).

Accounting and architecture professions belong to the category of specialist professions, which are based on knowledge and substantive skills, anchored in a specific system of specialist knowledge. Nowadays, increasingly, professional success is the result of both substantive competences and social skills. The article presents six professiograms of professional predispositions and social competences, three in the areas of accounting and architecture, as well as the procedure for their development and validation. The article is empirical, qualitative (an agreement of competent judges and a participant observation) and quantitative (the Thomas PPA questionnaire and an evaluation questionnaire) methods were used.
