Způsoby získávání volných zdrojů a práce s dárci u NNO

Funding from the European funds will be soon over and nonprofit organizations are facing the question of how to be financed and how to maintain their services. Currently, there are organizations which are able to obtain free resources and are largely or entirely independent of government and European grants. The aim is to highlight those functional elements in obtaining free resources and long-term cooperation with donors. This article shows, to organizations that have less experience with this form of nancing, the well-proven principles. Reported information are based on research conducted in the dissertation on the topic: the possibility of application of the principles of project management in the Czech civil sector. The information obtained through structured interviews with open questions are compiled by a qualitative analysis process. By conducting semi-structured questions, the emphasis was given on the way of work that was issued by organizations which are successful in obtaining free resources. The research suggests that the basic principle of success with donors is a systematic and strategic approach.

Financování z Evropských fondů končí a neziskové organizace stojí před otázkou, jakým způsobem budou financovány a jak své služby udržet. V současné době existují organizace, kterým se daří získávat volné zdroje, přičemž jsou zcela, či víceméně nezávislé na státních a evropských dotacích. Cílem je upozornit na funkční prvky při získávání volných zdrojů a principy dlouhodobé spolupráce s dárci. Tento článek organizacím, které s touto formou financování mají menší množství zkušeností, ukazuje osvědčené principy. Uváděné informace vycházejí z výzkumu realizovaného v rámci disertační práce na téma: možnosti aplikace principů projektového řízení v českém občanském sektoru. Informace získané formou strukturovaných rozhovorů s otevřenými otázkami se zpracovávají kvalitativní analýzou. Při vedení polo-strukturovaných otázek byl kladen důraz na způsob práce organizací, které jsou úspěšné v získávání volných zdrojù. Výzkum ukázal, že základním principem úspěšnosti s dárci je systematický a strategický přístup.
