The aim of the article: Depicts the Troubles of Spanish Speakers with the Pronunciation of the Group s - + a Consonant in Polish is to describe the problems that native speakers of the Spanish language face while learning to pronounce the s-+ consonant. Both the genesis of the phenomenon and its consequences are thoroughly discussed, in both the teaching / learning of foreign languages, as well as the reception of Spanish borrowings from other languages. Finally, the author proposes some exercises aimed at eliminating the Spanish-speaking prosthetic e- added in front of the aerial voiced consonants, which had been used for years in English teaching, and which could also be used for the purposes of teaching the Polish language.
