Same problems of small and medium food marketing enterprise have been presented. The authors have shown results of an investigation made in nine firms, their resourses, major adjustment decisions, especially in the form of outsourcing, and their economic results.

W opracowaniu przedstawione wybrane zagadnienia dotyczące funkcjonowania małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw uczestniczących w handlu produktami żywnościowymi. Zaprezentowano wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w dziewięciu przedsiębiorstwach, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ich zasobów, głównych działań dostosowawczych, w tym dokonanych w ramach outsourcingu, a także wyniki ekonomiczne tych przedsiębiorstw.
