This article presents methods and organizational forms of education used in vocational education and evaluation. Moreover, given the period of seeking employment and reasons for referral graduate training immediately after completing school. Article points out the necessary modifications to the organizational and program that can improve training and to improve the employability of graduates of vocational schools.

Ponadto podaje okres poszukiwania zatrudnienia i przyczyny skierowania absolwenta na szkolenie bezpośrednio po ukończeniu szkoły. Artykuł wskazuje niezbędne modyfikacje rozwiązań organizacyjno-programowych, które mogą usprawnić kształcenie zawodowe i poprawić zatrudnialność absolwentów szkół zawodowych.
