Przedmiotem badań przedstawionych w tym artykule są wyzwania psychologiczne w pracy zawodowej kadry kierowniczej w placówkach opieki zdrowotnej. Artykuł zawiera część teoriopoznawczą, która obejmuje analizę i syntezę osiągnięć nauk zarządzania w obszarze kierowniczych wyzwań psychologicznych. Celem części drugiej - empirycznej jest poznanie opinii menedżerów na temat najważniejszych i najtrudniejszych wyzwań natury psychologicznej, które zauważają w swojej pracy. Materiał ten może być wykorzystany do konstruowania użytecznych programów edukacyjnych prowadzonych w procesie kształcenia kadry kierowniczej.

The psychological challenges in professional jobs of managerial staff in health care units are the subject of the research presented in this article. The article contains an epistemological part which includes an analysis and synthesis of achievements of the management sciences in the area of managerial psychological challenges. The aim of the empirical part is to get to know the opinion of managers on the most important and the most difficult challenges of the psychological nature that managers notice in their work. This material can be used to construct useful educational programs carried out in the process of educating managerial staffs.
