W artykule skupiono się na prezentacji wybranych narzędzi internetowego public relations, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem mediów społecznościowych, włączonych bądź komunikowanych przez strony www klubów piłkarskich uczestniczących w rozgrywkach T-Mobile Ekstarklasy. Analizie poddano także stopień wykorzystania wspomnianych narzędzi w świetle przeprowadzonego, na potrzeby niniejszego opracowania, audytu treści stron 16 klubów piłkarskich.

The article focuses on presentation of the selected Internet public relations tools, with a particular emphasis on social media, included or communicated by websites of football clubs participating in the T-Mobile Premier League competition. There was analysed the degree of use of the said tools, in the light of an audit of contents of the 16 football clubs websites, conducted for the purpose of this report.

Public relation is regarded in Poland as a new form of promotion which is more and more frequently used by various organizations. Tourism branch seems to be perfectly suited for application of this form of promotion. Promotion of tourist organizations with public relation tools should be based on a strategy that will contribute to systematical and scheduled implementation and realization of assumptions. Long-term public relation activity gives measurable benefits, for the object which applies it. Problem that arises with connection to that fact is abandonmet of public relation activity by the organization, when there are no short-term effects observed, and what is regarded as an serious mistake. Adequate understanding of the PR gives popularity and consumers recognition. Public relation toolbox includes promotional information, reports, posters, handbills, brochures, Internet web sites, enterprise events and parties, open days and sponsoring. Trail analysis of possible use of public relation tools to promote tourist offer has been taken in this thesis.

The article explores the theoretical and practical foundations of public relations management in courts of Ukraine, courts which need to increase the level of trust among citizens and become more transparent in the context of reforms. The author deals with public relations management in the Ukrainian judiciary as a multifaceted complex process which includes the setting up of a communication unit and training of its employees, identifying the needs of target groups of the public on the basis of a value profile design, strategic planning of communication activities, the use of relevant programs and methodologies of civil reporting. The article defines the concept of public relations in the judiciary taking into account the specific features of the judicial system. It diagnoses problems in the field of public relations in the judicial system and provides recommendations for creating an effective system of public relations in the public administration.

Autor podkreśla zarządzanie public relations w sądownictwie ukraińskim jako wieloaspektowy złożony proces, który obejmuje organizację jednostki komunikacyjnej i rozwój umiejętności jej pracowników, identyfikację potrzeb grup docelowych społeczeństwa na podstawie profilu wartości, strategiczne planowanie działań komunikacyjnych, stosowanie programów informacyjnych i metodologii kart raportowanie cywilne. Artykuł formułuje definicję pojęcia public relations w sądownictwie z uwzględnieniem specyfiki wymiaru sprawiedliwości, diagnozuje problemy w zakresie organizacji public relations w sądownictwie, podaje rekomendacje dotyczące stworzenia skutecznego systemu public relations w organach publicznych.

В статье исследованы теоретические и практические основы управления связями с общественностью в судах Украины, нуждающихся в повышении уровня доверия граждан, более прозрачного освещения своей деятельности в условиях реформ. Автор освещает управление связями с общественностью в органах правосудия Украины как многоаспектный комплексный процесс, который включает в себя организацию коммуникационного подразделения и повышение квалификации его работников, определение потребностей целевых групп общественности на основе составления профиля ценностей, стратегическое планирование коммуникативной деятельности, применение программ охвата и методологии карточек гражданского отчетности. В статье сформулировано определение понятия связей с общественностью в органах правосудия с учетом специфики судебной системы, диагностированы проблемы в сфере организации связей с общественностью в судебной системе, даны рекомендации для создания действенной системы связей с общественностью в органах публичного управления.

Polscy przedsiębiorcy nie mają klarownego obrazu, czym jest społeczna odpowiedzialność przedsiębiorstw i często utożsamiają ją z Public Relations lub działalnością charytatywną. Na rynkach gospodarek rozwiniętych etapy kreowania społecznej odpowiedzialności przedsiębiorstw trwały kilkadziesiąt lat, w Polsce o CSR zaczęto mówić pod koniec lat dziewięćdziesiątych, przy czym w początkowych stadiach wielu przedsiębiorców, jak i naukowców odnosiło się do tej idei nie tylko z dozą nieufności, ale nawet z wrogością. Wyniki dwóch przedstawionych w artykule badań na temat społecznej odpowiedzialności potwierdzają, że w polskiej rzeczywistości CSR jest ideą mało znaną i co się z tym wiąże, rzadko wdrażaną

Polish entrepreneurs lack a clear picture of what constitutes corporate social responsibility and often equate it with the Public Relations or charity. In the markets of developed economies stages of creating lasting social responsibility decades, Poland began to talk about CSR in the late nineties, and in the early stages of many entrepreneurs and scientists referred to the idea that not only distrust, and even hostility. The results of two studies presented in the article on corporate social responsibility confirm that in the Polish reality, CSR is a concept little known and therefore rarely implemented.

This article focuses on the presentation of selected aspects of the planning of activities commonly called public relations. Activities designed to build relationships, the image and communication of truth, must be included in the plan to what extent the essence of business communication can be achieved. Subjects were aspects such as strategy development process and the resulting operational plans. The paper also presents the results of research conducted in 2012 on a sample of 200 companies from across Poland, employing more than 50 employees.

Artykuł jest poświęcony zagadnieniu łączenia dwóch zawodów – dziennikarza i PR-owca. Według zapisów, które istnieją w kodeksach zawodów, łączenie pracy dziennikarza i PR-owca jest niedopuszczalne w obie strony, a mimo to problem istnieje. Autor, oprócz charakterystyki interakcji zachodzących między dziennikarstwem a public relations, przytacza także wyniki badań przeprowadzonych wśród studentów dziennikarstwa, którzy byli pytani m.in. o to, czy dopuszczają do siebie możliwość wykonywania pracy dziennikarza i PR-owca jednocześnie oraz czy według nich jest to działanie etyczne.

This article deals with the problem of combining two professions – a journalist and a PR-specialist. According to professional statutes, combining work of journalist and PR-specialist is not permitted. However the problem exists. The paper focuses on the relations between journalism and public relations. It presents the results of research conducted among students of journalism. Above all, students were asked whether they think working as a journalist and a PR-person is possible and ethical.

Sądownictwo wojskowe wydaje się być zapomnianym i pomijanym rodzajem wymiaru sprawiedliwości, pomimo że jego istnienie gwarantuje konstytucja RP. Sądy te są specyficzną, wyspecjalizowaną częścią sądownictwa, zajmującą się żołnierzami i cywilnymi pracownikami wojska. W dobie zagrożenia terroryzmem oraz wojen hybrydowych to na sądach wojskowych szczególnie ciąży obowiązek właściwego wyjaśniania ferowanych wyroków. Celem komunikacji jest realizacja strategii organizacyjnej sądów, zakładającej efektywne i sprawiedliwe sądzenie przy zapewnieniu prawnych i materialnych warunków ku temu. Można takie warunki osiągnąć przy rzetelnym komunikowaniu sądów z interesariuszami. Komunikowanie sądów wojskowych jest niezbędne w obliczu konfliktów, gdzie zachodzi wykorzystanie sił zbrojnych – potencjalne oskarżenia o przestępstwa wojenne muszą być obiektywnie rozpatrzone nie tylko wobec litery prawa, ale przede wszystkim wobec ofiar i świadków.

Military judiciary has become a forgotten and omitted type of justice despite the fact its existence is guaranteed by Russian constitution. Such courts are specific, specialized units which deal with both soldiers and civil army workers. In the times of terrorist threat and of hybrid wars military courts are the ones to provide explicit explanation of the sentences they issue. The goal of the communication is to realize the organization strategy of the courts which aims to make their work effective and just, providing at the same time legal and material conditions to do so. It is possible to reach such goals when the courts have appropriate contact with stakeholders. When there is no communication among them there appears lack of response understood as empowering the rights or stakeholders sparing other resources. The communication of military courts is necessary in the face of conflicts where the use of armed forces takes place. Potential accusations of war crimes must be objectively considered not only towards the legal letter but above all against victims and witnesses.

The aim of considerations is to analyze available measures of PR and to select effective measurement methods for organizers of mass sports events. The article is based on literature on the subject, analysis of exsisting data and observation of the biggest polish mass sports events, including Enea Challenge Poznań. The first part of the article focuses on the complex characteristics of sports events with emphasis of the importance of the emotional factor. Second part focuses on the analysis of possible public relations activities in sports events. Then, there are also reflections about preparing a detailed and measurable communication strategy. In the following parts of this article, there are analysis of available measures of PR activities and methods with examples of how they can function.

Celem rozważań jest analiza dostępnych mierników działań PR oraz dobranie skutecznych metod pomiaru dla organizatorów masowych imprez sportowych. W artykule zastosowano analizę literatury przedmiotu, analizę danych zastanych oraz obserwację największych polskich masowych imprez sportowych, m.in. Enea Challenge Poznań. W pierwszej części artykułu skupiono się na złożonej charakterystyce wydarzeń sportowych z podkreśleniem znaczenia czynnika emocjonalnego. W drugiej części skupiono się na analizie możliwych działań public relations w eventach sportowych. W kolejnych etapach rozważania skupiono się na przygotowaniu do pomiaru działań PR poprzez szczegółowe i mierzalne opracowanie strategii komunikacyjnej. W kolejnych częściach artykułu przeanalizowano dostępne mierniki działań PR oraz metody pomiaru oraz pokazano na przykładach w jaki sposób one funkcjonują.

Many concepts have been developed to describe the convergence of media, public relations and storytelling formats in contemporary media systems. This article presents a theoretical reflection on "transmedia storytelling" from a perspective of integration narrative in the context of the re-invention of public relations. The rapid evolution of digital media technology and the emergence of transmedia storytelling present foresight professionals with a powerful new approach for communicating about the future. A transmedia story unfolds across multiple media platforms with each new text making a distinctive and valuable contribution to the whole. Between other, this article also outlines some of the key principles and elements of transmedia storytelling in combination with modern public relations, in order to provide a basic framework that public relations practitioner can use when designing transmedia projects.

Powstało już wiele koncepcji opisujących zbieżność formatów medialnych, public relations i storytellingowych we współczesnych systemach medialnych. Niniejszy artykuł prezentuje refleksję teoretyczną nad „storytellingiem transmedialnym” z perspektywy narracji integracyjnej w kontekście nowej koncepcji public relations. Błyskawiczna ewolucja technologii mediów cyfrowych oraz pojawienie się storytellingu transmedialnego oferuje specjalistom zajmującym się foresightem nowe solidne podejście do komunikacji dotyczącej przyszłości. Opowieść transmedialna rozwija się na przestrzeni wielu platform medialnych, gdzie każdy nowy tekst stanowi wyraźny i cenny wkład w całość. Artykuł przedstawia również ogólny zarys kluczowych zasad i elementów storytellingu transmedialnego w połączeniu z nowoczesną koncepcją public relations, aby zapewnić podstawy, na których osoby zajmujące się public relations będą mogły się oprzeć, opracowując projekty transmedialne.

In the article there was presented a problem of public relations and its role in creating an image by banks. On the ground of carried out empirical research it was indicated that public relations activities performed by the Rzeszów banks are important both for the managing personnel of the banks and their customers. The research was carried out in spring 2004. The research showed that activities of public relations are carried out by a deciding majority of the Rzeszów banks, however, only about half of the inquired persons indicates a very great significance of public relations activities for their banks. The most important and most often used task area of public relations used by the Rzeszów banks is cooperation with media. For individual customers of the Rzeszów banks public relations activities are not the most essential element influencing their opinion on a bank.

It is to be stressed out that the main role of public relations is to communicate information about an organization. The author briefly outlines the history background, referring to the beginning of this discipline and presenting its development until now. She characterises the functions and aims of public relations. The ethics of public relations as well as image and organization’s identity are analysed in the subsequent part of the article.

The domain of specialists, PR is dialogue with the environment, is already known to many of the tools of PR, but it's just the Internet promotes the improvement of this interactive communication. Every action that we take on the Internet has a dimension of all forms must be present but PR surrounded with special care. Internet deep into relationships between an organization and its environment. Society is not able to permanently trust organization or institutions, which make sense, the aims and principles of ac-tion does not understand. PR communication methods with the environment, these classic with modern, permeate each other. This article attempts to clarify what is communication with the environment and what changes occur in the communication process as a result of digitisation in the practice of the use of PR tools.

Running a lawyer’s office in the current realities of the legal services market is a challenge. An advocate must possess not only legal knowledge but also demonstrate knowledge of market mechanisms. Nowadays, the client decides which lawyer to choose, and this forces lawyers to take action in order to acquire and maintain clients. Hence, marketing instruments (typical for other service markets) are increasingly used to build and achieve market advantage. However, there are numerous barriers on the legal services market that hinder or even prevent extensive marketing activities. Advertising is the main concern here, as its use by attorneys is strictly prohibited. The question arises as to whether in the present reality the provision contained in the Collection of Rules on Barrister’s Ethics and Dignity of Profession and other regulations limiting the use of marketing should not be subject to liberalization.

In the paper political marketing is judged ethically and practically. It is visible that there is a huge delay of political marketing in relation to business marketing (relations marketing), both in ethic and practical aspects. Relations marketing (partnership marketing) is based on 4C formula of marketing-mix, mainly on a dialoque with a consumer. Political market should be treated similarly: political partnership marketing is necessary.

Sport in the modern age is both politics and business. In a combined world of politics, business, hatred, jealousy and boastfulness, in which each person aims to achieve his objective while “disregarding all the rules,” as Orwell describes, public relations are a valuable strategic and tactical weapon. Success is not measured on the sports field alone, but in the newspaper headlines, on the television and the computer screens and in the bank account. The motto once proposed by Baron Pierre de Coubertin-“Citius, Altius, Fortius” (faster, higher, stronger)-is slowly clearing the way for a new, more updated motto: “Faster, higher, stronger, bigger (business) and especially-more PR.”

The development of information technologies in the last two decades has made traditional public relations tools insufficient. New media, in particular social media, has opened up the possibility of establishing a direct contact with the public and using a brand to build long-lasting relations. A platform serving a special role in PR activities is Facebook, whose importance has already been noticed by the Polish uniformed services. The presented analysis of the “Polish Police” profile shows how and to what extent the Police utilize Facebook to create their online image and build relations with the public.
