Celem artykułu jest wskazanie czy równowaga życiowa może być powodem zmiany miejsca zamieszkania. Realizacji celu posłużyło przeprowadzenie badań ankietowych wśród pracowników. Metoda badawcza to test na równowagę życiową oraz sondaż diagnostyczny przeprowadzony kwestionariuszem ankiety wśród respondentów. Na podstawie otrzymanych wyników zostały sformułowane rekomendacje odnośnie wpływu równowagi życiowej na chęć zmiany miejsca zamieszkania.

The aim of the article is to show whether life balance can be a reason for changing your place of residence. The goal was to conduct surveys among employees. The research method is a life-balance test and a diagnostic survey conducted by a questionnaire among respondents. Based on the results obtained, recommendations were made regarding the impact of life balance on the desire to change their place of residence.
