The aim of the text is, basing on a press article, to show the traditional Polish views on cooking and food that were typical for our culture in XVII and XVIII century. It should provoque the discussion about what is meant as a “typical Polish food” and show variety and plentitude of our national dishes. The article also involves the grammar part – Genetive in all its functions, word formation – as well as reading, writing and listening part. The author suggests certain conversation topics and shows chosen aspects of Polish culture.
The article shows a few videos which present how Warsaw looks both nowadays, and in the Interwar Period. The videos can be a good way to present the city in a more exact way than the other ways e.g. city maps. The videos represent different points of view at the city and are based on different techniques of video’s creating.
