W warunkach zmian otoczenia relacje między przedsiębiorstwem a doradcą nabierają ważnego znaczenia. Stanowią one istotny element działalności gospodarczej. Przedsiębiorstwa angażują się w różnego rodzaju relacje z doradcami, mimo że wymagają one często innego podejścia w stosunku do konkretnych osób i podmiotów zróżnicowanych pod względem celów, aspiracji, zasobów czy zdolności relacyjnych. W opracowaniu ukazano złożoną naturę relacji długoterminowych i scharakteryzowano czynniki wpływające na ich kształtowanie zarówno przez przedsiębiorstwo, jak i doradcę. Wskazano na różne aspekty doradztwa ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kosztów transakcyjnych oraz zasobów i zdolności relacyjnych. Omówiono zagadnienie tworzenia kapitału relacyjnego na podstawie zasobów relacyjnych przedsiębiorstwa i doradcy.

In the conditions of environment changes the relationships between a company and advisor become more important. They are a significant part of business. Enterprises get involved in various kinds of relationships with advisors, despite the fact that they often require a different approach in relation to particular people and entities diversified in terms of goals, aspiration, resources or relational abilities. The study shows a complex nature of long-term relationships and characterizes the factors influencing their development by both the enterprise and the advisor. Various aspects of counseling were pointed out, with particular emphasis on transaction costs and the resources and capabilities of relational. The issue of relational capital formation based on relational resources companies and advisers was also discussed.
