Autor przeprowadził wieloletnie badania nad funkcją personalną (FP) w jej różnorodnych formach (m.in. administrowanie/zarządzanie kadrami/zasobami ludzkimi/kapitałem ludzkim itd.) w organizacjach działających na terenie Polski. Zdiagnozował poziomy zaawansowania realizacji FP związane z przyrostami wartości (value flow) materialnych (w tym: zwrotu zainwestowanego kapitału) i niematerialnych. W badaniu zastosował ujęcie zarządzania wiedzą (knowledge management).

The author spent many years conducting research into the personnel function (PF) in its diverse forms (e.g., the administration and management of staff/human resources/capital management, etc.) in organizations operating in Poland. He diagnosed degrees of advancement of the personnel function derived from the value flow, both tangible (including return on invested capital) and intangible. The author used the knowledge management approach.
