Currently, we are witnessing the second la belle epoque characterised by huge economic and social inequalities. Striving for a good state of society aims to reduce the inequalities conditioned by access to knowledge. One of the methods to reach this goal can consist of the conscious shaping of knowledge transfer between particular groups of knowledge agents. representing diverse, often overlapping, social and organisational categories. The purpose of this study is to check what sub-processes of knowledge transfer are implemented in specific groups of knowledge agents and what their context is from the perspective of the tools used, the main principles and the standards of behaviour. The main research hypothesis is that the course of knowledge transfer process depends on the fact of which groups of knowledge agents it concerns. Using the method of critical analysis and surveys supported by in-depth interviews, it was determined that knowledge sharing is the domain of professionals and the intergenerational dimension of knowledge transfer. Knowledge acquisition is most often carried out at the level of specialists' relations with other employees and at the intergenerational level. Knowledge sharing is a domain of specialists, and usually takes place during their contacts with other employees, while knowledge dissemination is the prime sub-process of the hierarchical dimension of knowledge transfer.

In article the historiographic analysis of the Soviet and modern historical literature devoted to the questions of development of higher technical education in Ukraine in 1950 – 1990 is made. The purpose of the article is the clarification of a condition of scientific publicizing of development of higher technical education of Ukraine in the second half of the XX century, the characteristic of a historiography and the analysis of the source base on a research subject. For achievement of the purpose the following methods of research are used: historical and genetic, comparative analysis, systematization, classification and generalization. It is established that questions of the organization and development of higher technical education belong to actual historical and pedagogical problems to what numerous works of scientists of the studied period, and the present testify. Two periods of research of this problem are defined: the first – 50–80thof the XX century – the Soviet stage is presented by mainly descriptive works with elements of the critical analysis of educational policy of the USSR, the second – the 90thof the XX century – the beginning of the XXI century – the newest stage of Ukrainian historiography is characterized by fundamental works on various aspects of development of higher technical education and preparation of engineering shots. It is positively estimated historical completions of historians of Soviet period and it is emphasized that these publications, despite a total ideologization have considerable scientific value in the view of accumulation, systematization and primary interpretation of the number of actual material on problems of training of specialists with the higher education, including on preparation of engineering shots. It is defined that at the present stage of a native historiography there were high-quality changes in research and illumination of history of higher technical education of the specified period caused, first of all, by dismissal of historical and pedagogical science from the Soviet ideology. During research the generalizing works concerning training of specialists by the Soviet higher school, in particular shots of the scientific and technical intellectuals are reflected in the USSR through a network of technical colleges. The scientific researches of modern Ukrainian researchers containing data on stories of authoritative technical colleges of the country are characterized. The condition of scientific coverage of the topic is found out and carried out author’s classification of source base of research.

Zajmowanie się kryminologią, podobnie jak innymi naukami społecznymi czy dyscyplinami naukowymi, wymaga doprecyzowania dokładnej i czytelnej definicji przedmiotu oraz celu teoretycznego i empirycznego badania, jak również zastosowania odpowiednich procedur metodologicznych po to, aby dojść do wiedzy o zjawisku będącym przedmiotem badania. Artykuł przypomina rozwój kryminologii jako odrębnej nauki oraz podstawowe jakościowe i ilościowe procedury metodologiczne. Szczególną część pracy stanowi podrozdział prezentujący znaczenie i rolę udziału nauk społecznych i humanistycznych oraz ich rozróżnienie.

Dealing with criminology, as well as any other social science or scientific discipline, implies a clear, precise definition of the object and purpose of theoretical and empirical research as well as application of adequate methodological procedures, in order to arrive at a knowledge of the object under study. On display are some reminders of the development of criminology as an independent science, the basic qualitative and quantitative methodological procedures. As a special segment of the paper, the importance and role in addressing social and human sciences, as well as the differentiation of social and humanistic sciences is emphasized.

Modern society requires high level of professionalism and competence from a teacher. Some prerequisites of the use of historical and pedagogical heritage with the aim to form ethnic cultural and multicultural students’ skills in the process of high school necessary fro future pedagogical work in modern conditions are colligated. The problem of the use of creative platform resources of museums of educational establishments, city and region as a micro factor of professional competence of future educators is illuminated. The necessity of pedagogical innovations and historically approved retro experience, personifying ideas implementing and progressive tendencies in modern high school is actualized.

Współczesne społeczeństwo wymaga od pedagoga wysokiego poziomu profesjonalizmu i kompetencji. W artykule uogólniają się niektóre przesłanki użycia historyczno-pedagogicznej spuścizny w celu kształtowania przyzwyczajeń studentów w oświatowym procesie wyższej szkoły, koniecznych dla przyszłej pedagogicznej działalności we współczesnych warunkach. Oświeca się problem użycia zasobów twórczych placów muzeów nauczalni, miasta i regionu jak mikroczynnika fachowej kompetencji przyszłych pedagogów. Zaktualizowano konieczność integracji pedagogicznej innowacji i historycznie zaaprobowanego retrodoświadczenia, wprowadzenia upersonifikowanych ideii progresywnych tendencji we współczesnej wyższej szkole.

В статье обобщаются некоторые предпосылки использования историко- педагогического наследия с целью формирования этнокультурных и поликультурных навыков студентов в образовательном процессе высшей школы, необходимых для бу- дущей педагогической деятельности в современных условиях. Освещается проблема использования ресурсов творческих площадок музеев учебного заведения, города и региона как микрофактора профессиональной компетенции будущих педагогов. Актуа- лизировано необходимость интегрирования педагогической инноватики и исторически апробированного ретроопыта, внедрения персонифицированных идей и прогрессивных тенденций в современной высшей школе.
