Symulacje komputerowe przekazu podprogowego sygnału sinusoidalnego przez równoległy układ neuronów z użyciem szumu

W opracowaniu przedstawiono symulacje komputerowe przekazu podprogowego sygnału sinusoidalnego o częstotliwości 20 Hz przez równoległy układ ośmiu neuronów. Przyjęto model FitzHugh-Nagumo neuronu. Pokazano, że neurony generują impulsy przy odpowiednio wysokim natężeniu zewnętrznego szumu białego. Wyznaczono histogram cyklu, średnią liczbę impulsów na cykl i korelacje pomiędzy sygnałem wejściowym i wyjściowym dla różnych natężeń szumu.

Computer simulations of subthreshold sinusoidal signal transfer having frequency 20 Hz by parallel system of 8 neurons is presented. The FitzHugh-Nagumo neuron model is assumed. It was shown that neurons generate spikes for sufficiently high external white noise intensity. The cycle histogram, the average number of spikes per cycle and correlations between input and output signals for different noise intensities are determined.
