Coraz radykalniej postępujące zmiany w różnych dziedzinach życia zmuszają człowieka dorosłego do poszukiwania nowego sposobu obecności w różnych przestrzeniach codzienności. Próbę stworzenia warunków do życia naznaczonego nową jakością tworzy, przynajmniej w jakimś wymiarze, edukacja dorosłych. Dla dorosłych wierzących także edukacja religijna. Skutki tego rodzaju wspomagania dorosłych w odnajdywaniu swojego miejsca w codzienności dotyczą również korzystania z sakramentu pokuty i pojednania. Z badań nad uczestnictwem w Korespondencyjnym Kursie Biblijnym wynika, że wiedza religijna służy dojrzewaniu dorosłego jako osoby oraz refleksji nad sobą, sensem życia, relacjami z innymi i z Bogiem. Pokazują, że dorosły rozwija się poprzez orientację na zadania i wartości, czego praktycznym wyrazem może być coraz bardziej dojrzałe korzystanie z sakramentu pokuty i pojednania. Dlatego respondenci wyrażają naglącą potrzebę poszukiwania nowych sposobów wspomagania dorosłych w praktykowaniu tego sakramentu.

More and more radically progressive changes in different areas of life force an adult to search for a new way of presence in different areas of everyday life. Attempt to create the conditions for life marked by a new quality creates, at least in some dimension, adult education. Adult believers as religious education. The effects of this kind of support adults in finding their place in everyday life also apply to the use of the sacrament of penance and reconciliation. Research on participation in Bible Correspondence Course that religious knowledge is maturing as an adult person and reflect on them, the meaning of life, relationships with others and God. They show that adult develops through orientation on the job and the value of what may be the practical expression of the increasingly mature use of the sacrament of penance and reconciliation. Therefore, respondents expressed the urgent need to seek new ways of supporting adults in the practice of this sacrament.
