W artykule przedstawiono ocenę przyszłej wartości dla akcjonariuszy przedsiębiorstwa górniczego Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka SA. na podstawie wskaźnika SVA (wartość dodana dla akcjonariuszy). Przy wyznaczaniu przykładowego scenariusza rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa przyjęto pasywną postawę zarządu, to znaczy utrzymanie dotychczasowych trendów rozwoju i założenie braku zmian jakościowych tak w rozwoju firmy, jak i jej otoczeniu.

The paper presents an estimation of future value of Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka SA. mining enterprise by index SVA (Shareholder Value Added). Designing an exemplary scenario of development of this enterprise, the passive posture management was considered, i.e. the maintenance of so far existing trend development and the assumption of lack of qualitative changes in the company’s development and in its surrounding.
