The term „scientology churchˮ cannot be translated into Polish language as a compilation of the words „scientologyˮ and „churchˮ. Such phrase is incorrect in the legal language. This expression in the Polish legal language includes internal contradiction and is an oxymoron. The term „churchˮ is correlated to religion, which implies a connection to sacrum. Due to the fact that doctrinal teachings of scientology exclude existence of a higher godly power, the organization in question would not be taken in a legal way for a religious affiliation in the current regime. Therefore, it cannot have a status of a „churchˮ in the legal meaning.
