Artykuł przedstawia nowe trendy i wyzwania w zarządzaniu działalnością badawczo-rozwojową w przedsiębiorstwach, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem problematyki transferu wiedzy z sektora nauki do sektora przedsiębiorstw. Autor wskazuje na szczególną rolę w tym zakresie, odgrywaną przez przedsiębiorcę innowacyjnego oraz na zmiany w strukturze podmiotowej zgłoszeń patentowych, pojawienie się spółek spin off i spin out, możliwości uzyskania dotacji na działalność badawczo-rozwojową oraz nowe formy prowadzenia działalności B+R w przedsiębiorstwach.

The article presents the new trends and challenges in the management of R&D activities in enterprises, with a particular emphasis on the issue of transfer of knowledge from the higher schools to enterprises sector. The author points to the special role played in this by the innovation entrepreneur and changes in the subjective structure of patent applications, the emergence of spin-off and spin-out enterprises, the possibility of obtaining grants for R&D projects and new forms of R&D centers in enterprises.
