W artykule omówiono mobbing jako przykład patologii w miejscu pracy. Mobbing oznacza przemoc werbalną i/lub psychiczną skierowaną wobec pracownika, której celem jest jego poniżenie. Jest to jedna z groźniejszych patologii, o coraz większej skali. Zauważalny jest jednak deficyt badań i literatury na ten temat. Artykuł jest próbą zwrócenia uwagi praktyków i teoretyków zarządzania na problem mobbingu w pracy. W artykule omówiono wyniki badania własnego Autora na temat skali mobbingu.

The article discusses mobbing as an example of pathology in the workplace. Mobbing means verbal and/or mental violence directed against an employee, which aim is to humiliate this employee. It is one of the most dangerous pathologies and its scale is increasing. A deficit of research and literature on this subject is noticeable. This article is an attempt to draw the attention of management practitioners and theorists on the problem of mobbing at work. The article discusses the results of the Author's own research on the mobbing at work.
