Rosyjskie służby specjalne to filar stabilizacji systemu politycznego w Rosji, jak również istotny fundament antyzachodniej, imperialnej idei geopolitycznej. Etyka specsłużb, specyficzna wizja świata „nie-rosyjskiego”, jako stwarzającego permanentne zagrożenia wywiadowcze, wpisuje się w antyzachodnią linię geopolitycznej retoryki władz na Kremlu. Specsłużby jako filar antyzachodniej retoryki geopolitycznej nie tylko konsolidują imperialną wizję Rosji jako hegemona w przestrzeni postsowieckiej, lecz również wpisują się w rosyjski mit służb jako elity zdolnej zabezpieczyć imperialną pozycję Rosji. W kontekście imperialnej geopolityki służby specjalne, ich wartości, korporacyjna kultura oraz etyka, stanowią ważne zaplecze polityczne i ideologiczne władzy w Rosji, która dyskontuje potencjał służb specjalnych na poczet realizacji celów polityki wewnętrznej, jak również zagranicznej

In the article author analyzes the impact of siloviki on the main ideological orientation of Russian imperial geopolitics. Siloviki are the main group that supports the antiWestern ideology at Kremlin. Moreover they are still perceived as a nobility, the elite in Russian political system. They are also important in maintaining the stability of the Russian political regime. In the article Russian secret services are analyzed as an ideologically powerful group that exerts influence not only on ideology but also on the society. They are also understood as the main tool of reaching the political priorities of Russian Federation in the international environment. The article emphasizes that the siloviki are the main ideological background of the anti-Western Vladimir Putin’s rhetoric.
