Dynamiczny rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy w warunkach postępującej globalizacji i rosnącej konkurencji nie pozostaje bez wpływu na systemy wynagrodzeń. Rośnie ich znaczenie jako istotnego narzędzia skutecznego motywowania pracowników do coraz większych osiągnięć. Pociąga to za sobą zmiany charakteru i wewnętrznej struktury wynagrodzeń. Zmiany te nadają wynagrodzeniu bardziej kompleksowy charakter, uwzględniający materialne i niematerialne składniki wynagradzania i większą równowagę między nimi. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest prezentacja zmian w strukturze wynagrodzenia całkowitego.

Dynamic social and economic development, subject to conditions of ongoing globalization and growing competition, are not without their impact on remuneration systems. Their importance as a significant tool for effectively motivating workers to strive for ever greater achievements is growing. This brings with it a change in the character and internal structure of rewards. These changes give rewards a more comprehensive character, taking into account the tangible and intangible components of rewards and improving the balance among them. The goal of this article is a presentation of change in the structure of total rewards.
