W artykule został przybliżony problemu używania wulgaryzmów przez młodzież, która znajduje się pod opieką Ochotniczych Hufców Pracy (OHP), w ośrodkach szkolenia i wychowania należących do tej instytucji. Obserwacji poddano praktyki dyskursywne, które zachodzą w kontekście interakcyjnym i ich szczególną formę – rozmowę. Materiał badawczy niezbędny do wyciągnięcia wniosków zebrano w Ośrodku Szkolenia i Wychowania w Tczewie (2017 r.). Posłużono się badaniem jakościowym, w tym niejawną obserwacją uczestniczącą w badaniach terenowych. Zwrócono uwagę na potrzebę podjęcia szerszych działań wychowawczych uświadamiających podopiecznym – uczestnikom konieczności przestrzegania norm w zakresie komunikacji werbalnej, rezygnacji z używania wulgaryzmów. Współczesny rynek pracy wymaga od młodych ludzi profesjonalnych zachowań, również w zakresie komunikowania językowego. Grzeczność językowa wzmacnia pozytywny obraz nadawców, którzy się nią posługują w miejscu pracy i w ogóle w codziennych interakcjach. Przygotowanie podopiecznych OHP do sprostania wyzwaniom współczesnego rynku pracy, do funkcjonowania w życiu zawodowym i w zgodzie z obowiązującymi normami społecznymi, również w zakresie relacji interpersonalnych, to ważne zadanie, przed którym stoi kadra pedagogiczna tej instytucji. Ma ona decydujące znaczenie w procesie socjalizowania młodzieży, w tym na przykład do roli pracownika.

In the article he was brought near the problem of the usage of vulgarisms by the youth which is found in the custody of Voluntary Detachments of the Work (OHP), in centres of the training and the upbringing belonging to this institution. With the observation one included discursive practices which happen in the interactive context and their special form – the conversation. Exploratory necessary material extractible conclusions one collected in the Centre of the Training and the Upbringing in Tczew (2017). One used with the qualitative investigation, in this with the secret observation participating in fieldwork. One paid attention on the need for the collection of wider educational actions informing to charges – to participants of the necessity of the compliance of standards within the range the verbal communication, the resignation from the usage of vulgarisms. The modern labour market requires from young people of professional preservations, also within the range the lingual communication. The lingual politeness strengthens the positive image of senders who use her in the workplace and at all in daily interactions. The preparation of charges OHP to equalling to challenges of the modern labour market, to the kelter in the professional life and in concert with binding social standards, also within the range interpersonal relations, this important task before which stands the pedagogic cadre of this institution. She has a decisive meaning in the process of socializing of the youth, in this for example to the part of the worker.
