The article reveals the peculiarities of socio-cultural educational activity organization of the modern teacher in the conditions of sustainable development of the Carpathian region. The author focuses on the specifics of Carpathian region development, its historical identity and cultural traditions, points to the necessity of their saving and enhancement by establishing the appropriate level of socio-cultural and educational activity of the teachers, community of the region.

Spatial heterotopy of modern space contributes to the emergence of new communicative patterns in the field of „own – other” contacts. But the persisting traditional ethnic stereotypes conflict with the changing socio-cultural realities. In this article the authors analyze the problem of preservation culture from Stranger. In this regard serious questions raise. These are: what do we keep – either the traditional culture with its internal code or the culture as a whole; what and from whom do we protect – either the traditional culture from globalization challenges, or „our own culture” from the Other; and, at last, how do we protect it – either carefully saving from innovations or actively breaking all traditional forms clearing away the road for innovative development? Anyway rhizome world view becomes the factor that significantly complicates adaptation of NeoStranger into the receiving societies. It demands theoretical comprehension of a new strategy of cross-cultural communication in modern transcultural space.

В этот период обостряются внутренние конфликты, наиболее сложные из которых для разрешения – межконфессиональные. В статье рассмотрены особенности взаимодействия конфессий, а также потенциальные «точки притяжения», которые могут стать основой для межрелигиозного диалога.

The crisis in the world politics and economy significantly affects the socio-political situation in the post-Soviet countries. During this period, internal conflicts use to exacerbate, and the most difficult among them for time-solutions – are confessional. The article describes the features of interactions between denominations, as well as potential "points of attraction" that could become a basis for inter-religious dialogue.

Статья посвящена анализу современного отрочества как культурно-исторического конструкта, периода развития, социально-возрастной группы и психосоциального феномена. Рассмотрены новые тенденции психосоциального развития современной молодежи, обусловленные совокупностью социокультурных трансформаций конца XX века. – нач. XXI ст. Особенности социальной ситуации развития современной молодежи проанализированы в контексте идей М. Мид о смене постфигуративных, кофигуративных и префигуративных культур в развитии человечества. Реализованы две линии социально-психологического анализа: социокультурная феноменология отрочества в онтогенезе (как возрастного периода); его роль в историческом развитии общества и культуры (как социально-возрастной группы). Представлен историко-психологический, культурологический и социально-психологический анализ проблемы взаимообусловленности развития молодежи и культуры. Критически проанализированы ограничения традиционной парадигмы отрочества. Представлена культурно-историческая интерпретация отрочества как субъекта культуры и носителя культуротворческой функции в развитии человечества. Охарактеризована роль молодого поколения в процессе порождения нового в культуре и в актуализации творческих возможностей человечества в контексте способности молодежи быть субъектом не только присвоения, но и преобразования культуры определены перспективные цели современного образования и воспитания.

Ten artykuł analizuje współczesne chłopięctwo jako konstrukt kulturowo-historyczny w okresie rozwoju grup społecznych i wiekowych oraz jako zjawisko psychospołeczne. Przedstawiono nowe tendencje psychospołecznego rozwoju współczesnej młodzieży z uwzględnieniem szeregu przemian społecznych i kulturowych końca XX wieku i początku ХХІ wieku. Charakterystyka sytuacji społecznej dzisiejszej młodzieży jest analizowana w kontekście idei M. Mead o zmianie postfiguratywnych, konfiguratywnych i prefiguratywnych kultur w rozwoju człowieka. Pokazano dwie linie analizy społeczno-psychologicznej: socjokulturową fenomenologię chłopięctwa w ontogenezie (jak okres dorastania) oraz rolę w historycznym rozwoju społeczeństwa i kultury (jako grupy społecznej). Przeprowadzono historyczno-psychologiczną, kulturową i społeczno-psychologiczną analizę współzależności problemów młodzieży i kultury. Przedstawiono interpretację chłopięctwa kulturowo-historycznego jako subiekta kultury i nosiciela kulturowo-twórczej funkcji w rozwoju ludzkości. Scharakteryzowano rolę młodych ludzi w procesie generowania nowego nurtu kultury i aktualizacji twórczych możliwości człowieka w kontekście bycia nie tylko subiektem przyswojenia, lecz także przekształcania kultury określonych długoterminowych celów nowoczesnego wykształcenia i wychowania.

The article deals with the analysis of the modern adolescence as a cultural and historical construct, a development period, a social and age-related group, as well as a psycho-social phenomenon. New trends of the psycho-social development of the present-day youth associated with a set of socio-cultural transformations of the late XX and the early ХХІ centuries have been examined. The features of the social conditions of the development of the present-day youth have been analysed in the context of M. Mead’s ideas regarding the mutual substitution of post-figurative, co-figurative and pre-figurative cultures during the development of the mankind. Two lines of the socio-psychological analysis have been implemented: the socio-cultural phenomenology of adolescence in its ontogenesis (as an age-related period); the role of adolescence in the historical development of the society and the culture (as a social and age-related group). A history-dependent psychological, cultural and socio-psychological analysis of the interdependence problem regarding the development of youth and culture has been presented. The constraints of the traditional paradigm of adolescence have been critically analysed. A culture-dependent historical interpretation of adolescence as a subject of culture and a medium of culture-creating function during the development of the mankind has been presented. The role of the younger generation in the process of giving rise to something new in the culture and in the actualization of the humanity’s creative endeavour has been characterized. In the context of young people’s ability to be the subject not only of the acquisition, but also of the transformation of culture, long-term goals of the modern education and upbringing have been defined.

The article deals with selected processes taking place in contemporary cultural space. These phenomena have profound impact on the quality of social inclusion, the level of cultural participation, and the identity formation and cultural awareness of citizens, which are the fundamental determinants of the design and conduct of animation in the local environment. To the author, analysis and deconstruction of these processes the basis for the discussion of the identity of modern cultural animators.

Artykuł porusza problematykę wybranych procesów zachodzących we współczesnej przestrzeni kulturowej naszego kraju. Zjawiska te mają ogromny wpływ na jakość integracji społecznej, poziom uczestnictwa w kulturze, kształtowanie się tożsamości i świadomości kulturowej naszych obywateli – czyli jedne z podstawowych wyznaczników projektowania i prowadzenia działalności animacyjnej w środowisku lokalnym. Ich analiza i dekonstrukcja są dla autora tekstu podstawą do prowadzenia rozważań nad kształtem tożsamości współczesnych animatorów kultury.
