Artykuł podejmuje tematykę mechanizmów i problemów somatosfery i psychosfery bezpieczeństwa zdrowotnego. Na początku rozważań wyjaśnione zostało pojęcie zdrowia oraz jego klasyczny podział. Zdrowie jest to nie tylko brak choroby, ale również stan fizycznego, społecznego i umysłowego dobrostanu. Stąd zdrowie możemy podzielić na fizyczne (somatyczne) i psychiczne. Zdrowie i bezpieczeństwo są uważane za najważniejsze wartości dla człowieka. Czynnikami wpływającymi na bezpieczeństwo zdrowotne są przede wszystkim czynniki psychiczne, fizyczne i środowiskowe. W niniejszym artykule przeanalizowane są dwa pierwsze. Czynniki somatyczne odnoszą się do czysto biologicznych aspektów życia organizmu, psychologiczne do zdolności adaptacyjnych i społecznych. Somatosfera i psychosfera z jednej strony kształtują bezpieczeństwo zdrowotne poprzez odpowiednie mechanizmy, ale z drugiej mechanizmy te w niektórych interakcjach mogą stać się problemami, które szerzej wyjaśnione zostały w ostatniej części pracy.

The article raises a subject of mechanisms and problems of somatosphere and psychosphere of health safety. At the beginning of deliberations a term of health with its classic division was introduced. Health is not merely the absence of disease but also a state of physical, social and mental welfare. Hence, health can be divided into physical (somatic) and psychological. Health and safety are considered the most important value for human. Factors affecting health safety are primarily mental, physical and environmental. The article examines the first two. Somatic factors relate to purely biological aspects of life of an organism, while psychological to adaptability and societal. Through appropriate mechanisms somatosphere and psychosphere form health safety on the one hand, but on the other the mechanisms in some interactions can pose problems that are explained more extensively in the last part of the work.
