W prawie polskim dopuszczono możliwość zasięgnięcia opinii biegłych, innych osób mających wiadomości specjalne oraz wyspecjalizowanych instytucji, a także przewidziano możliwość zlecenia niektórych czynności specjalistom. Są to odmienne instytucje procesowe, o różnych kompetencjach i wymaganych kwalifikacjach oraz różnych uprawnieniach. Poprawne scharakteryzowanie roli tych podmiotów oraz wymagań, jakie się im stawia, pozwala na ocenę wartości dowodowej sporządzanej opinii czy czynności z ich udziałem. W pracy omówiono wymagania, jakie powinny spełniać podmioty wydające opinie oraz działające jako specjaliści. Wskazano też, jakie są kryteria oceny efektów pracy wymienionych podmiotów.

Allowed under Polish law is the opportunity to consult experts and other persons or specialized institutions having special knowledge, as well as provides the possibility of outsourcing certain tasks to specialists. These are the different procedural institutions, with different competence and required skills as well as various privileges. The correct characterization of the role of these entities and requirements, which they pursue, allows the assessment of the probative value of opinions or activities involving them. The work discusses the requirements to be fulfilled by bodies issuing opinions and acting as specialists. The criteria for evaluating the effects of the work of these entities is also indicated.

Przedmiotem opracowania są zagadnienia zdrowia reprodukcyjnego kobiet z niepełnosprawnością. Na podstawie literatury przedmiotu dokonano ogólnej analizy problemów, które mogą wystąpić w tym zakresie w związku z niepełnosprawnością fizyczną (ruchową i sensoryczną) oraz intelektualną. Zwrócono uwagę na takie kwestie, jak biologiczne podstawy płodności, przebieg menstruacji, ciąża i poród, przebieg reakcji seksualnych, antykoncepcja, menopauza, udział w badaniach. W opracowaniu poddano również analizie doświadczenia kobiet z różnym rodzajem niepełnosprawności związane z dostępem i jakością usług zdrowotnych w obszarze zdrowia reprodukcyjnego. Szczególnym źródłem takich doświadczeń, zebranych w toku licznych eksploracji, są relacje ze specjalistami. W wyniku analizy przeglądowej wyłoniono znaczące kategorie doświadczeń oraz dokonano ich zilustrowania. W zakończeniu artykułu, nawiązując do postulatów formułowanych przez kobiety, określono ogólne wskazania praktyczne, istotne dla jakości realizacji potrzeb zdrowotnych niepełnosprawnych.

The subject of this article is the reproductive health of women with disabilities. Based on the literature of the subject, a general analysis of problems that may occur in this area in relation to physical (motor and sensory) and intellectual disability has been made. Issues such as; the biological basis of fertility, the course of menstruation, pregnancy and childbirth, the process of sexual reactions, contraception, menopause, as well as participation in examinations are discussed. The authors also point to difficulties and disorders, explaining their possible, mostly biological, causes. The article also analyzes experiences of women with various disabilities related to the access andquality of health services in the field of reproductive health. A special source of such experiences, obtained in the course of numerous explorations, is the relationship with specialists. Significant categories of experiences were selected and illustrated as a result of review analysis. At the end of the work referring to the postulates formulated by women, general practical implications have been presented, which are important for the quality of meeting health needs of people with disability.

W artykule zaprezentowano istotne dla psychologii zarządzania i osobowości kwestie odnoszące się do praktyki funkcjonowania pracowników wyższego szczebla. Testowane w badaniu hipotezy zostały sformułowane na podstawie modelu osobowościowo-aksjologicznego MOA, będącego rozwinięciem koncepcji potrzeb Ryana i Deciego, koncepcji przystosowania Rottera oraz wartości Rokeacha. Badano związek poczucia jakości życia u pracowników wyższego szczebla z uwarunkowaniami osobowościowymi i aksjologicznymi. Za pomocą analizy regresji oraz równań strukturalnych oceniono wpływ badanych zmiennych. Okazało się, że model MOA różnicuje pracowników wyższego szczebla. Współczynnik determinacji uzyskał 49% wariancji wyjaśnianej zmiennej poczucia jakości życia w modelu strukturalnym. Prawie połowę zmienności wyników poczucia jakości życia u pracowników wyższego szczebla można tłumaczyć związkiem cech osobowości i wartości.

In this paper I have attempted to present issues resulting from the management and personality psychology, including their implications for company management practice and for their impact on managers wellbeing and a quality of life. My research, based on Ryan and Deci concept, concerns the psychological needs, adaptation (Rotter) and hierarchical values (Rokeach) of senior managers. I assumed that the sense of the quality of life would reveal a significant relationship with personality-related and axiological dimensions among senior managers. I hypothesized positive correlation between independent personality related variables distinguished in the personality and axiological model MOA for the sense of the quality of life such as the structure of needs (competence, autonomy, relatedness), adaptation and professional achievements. I also assumed a positive correlation between independent axiological variables: final and instrumental values. The determination rate was 0.49, that is it obtained 49% of variance of the variable of the sense of the quality of life being explained in the structural model MOA. Discussing the obtained results, we should emphasize the significance ascribed by senior managers to the following dimensions: adaptation, competence and relatedness for the sense of the quality of life.
