O stylu komunikacji dzieci z rozszczepem wargi i podniebienia

Komentując odmienności uzusu językowego obserwowane u osób z rozszczepem wargi i podniebienia, opisuje się najczęściej zaburzenia realizacji fonemów. Jednakże w literaturze wskazuje się także na ryzyko opóźnienia w rozwoju mowy, mniejszą intensywność ekspresji werbalnej, a także inne charakterystyczne cechy komunikacji dzieci z rozszczepem. Przedstawione opracowanie dotyczy wyników badań mowy dzieci z rozszczepem wargi i podniebienia w wieku 6–7 i 9–10 lat, które umożliwiają ogólny opis stylu komunikacji obserwowany w tej grupie osób. Opisane wyniki badań wskazują, że dzieci z rozszczepem wargi są pasywnymi rozmówcami, czyli rzadko inicjują rozmowę, ale reagują na zachęty.

When commenting on the differences in language custom observed in patients with cleft lip and palate usually disorders in the realization of phonemes are described. However, the literature also points to the risk of delays in speech development, reduced intensity of verbal expression, as well as other communication characteristics of children with cleft. The following study presents the results of a research concerning the speech of children with cleft lip and palate aged 6–7 and 9–10, which allow for a general description of the style of communication among this group of people. These results indicate that children with cleft lips are passive interlocutors, i.e. they rarely initiate conversation, but respond to encouragement.
