In the paper the author discuss two, different approaches to the philosophical essentials of scientific theories (i.e. untestable premises for justification, refutation or acceptation theories): the process of rehabilitation of metaphysics − the function of such premises in working of scientific theories and the apriorical sine qua non conditions of practicing science.
