Military training is carried out as part of the Officer's School. It has a complementary function for acquiring cadres. In practice, it is limited to training non-commissioned officers and privates having a master's degree (equivalent) for directions converging with the requirements for the next job title and the training of personnel recruited from the environment of civil needs of these bodies personal, which does not lead to the preparation mode of higher education in military academies. This situation applies to the corps of the financial, legal, medical and pastoral care. While the military training for people recruited from the environment of civil and non-commissioned officers with master's degree is continued for several years, so much in regard to the rank and file unions for the first time it has been running a pilot project in 2015. The article presents the currently valid model to prepare candidates for officers based on the study officer. This form of training is carried out in two universities, ie. The School of Air Force and the University of Land Forces.

Szkolenie wojskowe realizowane jest w ramach studium oficerskiego. Pełni ono funkcję uzupełniającą dla pozyskiwania kadr oficerskich. W praktyce jest ono ograniczone do szkolenia podoficerów i szeregowych posiadających tytuł zawodowy magistra (równorzędny) na kierunkach zbieżnych z wymaganiami na przyszłym stanowisku służbowym oraz szkolenia osób rekrutowanych ze środowiska cywilnego na potrzeby tych korpusów osobowych, dla których nie prowadzi się przygotowania w trybie studiów wyższych w uczelniach wojskowych. Taka sytuacja dotyczy korpusu osobowego finansowego, obsługi prawnej, medycznego oraz duszpasterstwa. O ile szkolenie wojskowe dla osób rekrutowanych ze środowiska cywilnego oraz podoficerów posiadających tytuł zawodowy magistra jest kontynuowane już od kilkunastu lat, o tyle w odniesieniu do szeregowych zawodowych po raz pierwszy zostało ono uruchomione pilotażowo w 2015 roku. W artykule zaprezentowano aktualnie obowiązujący model przygotowania kandydatów na oficerów w oparciu o studium oficerskie. Ta forma szkolenia jest realizowana w dwóch uczelniach, tj. Wyższej Szkole Oficerskiej Sił Powietrznych oraz Akademii Wojsk Lądowych.
