Effective systems for gathering information from employees and customers, or stakeholders of the organizations seem to be an important quality tool that can be used both to implement solutions to optimize daily operations of the organization as well as to conduct strategic analyses. The country, which created effective tools of this kind, such as employee suggestion systems or quality circles is Japan. However, it seems that implementing the Japanese solutions in other cultures can be a challenge. A higher school in Warsaw, whose organizational culture is associated with Japan, made an attempt to implement an electronic system of collecting opinions from both employees and students. The beginnings of the implementation of the system should be regarded as promising. A lot of valuable suggestions were obtained, many of which were implemented, thus removing the existing defects and improving the quality of the functioning of the Academy.

Efektywne systemy pozyskiwania informacji od pracowników i klientów, czy też interesariuszy organizacji zdają się być ważnym narzędziem jakościowym służącym zarówno do wdrażania rozwiązań optymalizujących codzienną działalność organizacji, jak i do przeprowadzania analiz strategicznych. Krajem, w którym stworzono skuteczne, jednak trudne do naśladowania w innych kulturach tego typu narzędzia, takie jak systemy zbierania sugestii pracowniczych czy koła jakości, jest Japonia. Na jednej z warszawskich uczelni, której kultura organizacyjna związana jest z Japonią dokonano próby wdrożenia systemu elektronicznego zbierania opinii, zarówno pracowników, jak i studentów. Początki wdrażania systemu należy uznać za obiecujące. Uzyskano sporo cennych sugestii, z których wiele zastosowano w praktyce, usuwając dzięki temu istniejące wady i podnosząc jakość działalności Uczelni.
