Niniejszy artykuł podejmuje zagadnienie interdyscyplinarnego podejścia w rozwoju koncepcji edukacji zawodowej grup marginalizowanych w Meksyku i Wenezueli. Autor stwierdza, iż koncepcja rozwoju kształcenia zawodowego grup marginalizowanych w Meksyku i Wenezueli stosuje podejście interdyscyplinarne, w myśl którego kształcenie grup marginalizowanych stanowi problem społeczny w obrębie społeczno-strukturalnego paradygmatu szkoły europejskiej (marginalizacja jest wynikiem procesów społeczno-politycznych). Andragogika jako ważny element teorii uczenia się dorosłych swe początki w przestrzeni naukowej Ameryki Łacińskiej ma w latach 40. XX wieku.

Interdisciplinarity is the main feature of the modern pedagogy. Pedagogical problems are not exclusively didactic and educational problems, its are closely related to social, economic and political factors of the development of society, justifying the importance of an integrated approach to its study. In the ХХІ century, education takes the new social status, which focuses on the development of new social relationships, conflict resolution at different social levels and the impact on cultural and social life.
