Wybrane aspekty wspierania kreatywności uczniów szkoły muzycznej I stopnia (w perspektywie nauczycieli)

Presented article addresses issues related to the music school as an institution supporting and developing the creativity of its students. Creativity is a category that in today’s reality is perceived as an important cultural competence, and it seems important to what extent music education takes actions conducive to its development. The article presents the results of research carried out among 11 teachers of first-cycle music schools. The research was of qualitative nature and the interview was used to collect the research material. Research topics focused on a variety of conditions, ways, accelerators and inhibitors of the process of developing students’ creativity. Conclusions from the analysis of collected material indicate the need for teacher education in the area of supporting and developing students’ creativity, respecting their subjectivity and responding to their needs. Also important in this context are activities concerning the program and organizational side of the school’s music operation, optimizing education processes.

Prezentowany artykuł podejmuje problematykę związaną ze szkołą muzyczną jako instytucją wspierającą i rozwijającą kreatywność swoich uczniów. Kreatywność to kategoria, która we współczesnej rzeczywistości postrzegana jest jako istotna kompetencja kulturowa,toteż wydaje się istotne, na ile szkolnictwo muzyczne podejmuje działania sprzyjające jej rozwojowi. W artykule prezentowane są wyniki badań przeprowadzonych wśród 11 nauczycieli szkół muzycznych i stopnia. Badania miały charakter jakościowy, a do zgromadzenia materiału badawczego wykorzystany został wywiad. Problematyka badawcza koncentrowała się wokół różnorodnych uwarunkowań, sposobów, akceleratorów i inhibitorów procesu rozwijania kreatywności uczniów. Wnioski płynące z analizy zgromadzonego materiału wskazują na potrzebę edukacji nauczycieli w obszarze wspierania i rozwijania kreatywności uczniów, respektowania ich podmiotowości i odpowiadania na ich potrzeby. Ważne są również w tym kontekście działania dotyczące programowej i organizacyjnej strony funkcjonowania szkół muzycznych, optymalizujące procesy edukacji.
