Praca z uczniem zdolnym – profesjonalne kształcenie muzyczne stopnia podstawowego

The article deals with the problems of working with a student of a primary music school. A student subject to professional music education is the one who has special talents, which constitute the basis for supporting him in the process of music education. A special role in this regard is played by the teacher of the main subject, who, thanks to the form of individual lessons, is able to recognize the educational needs of their pupils and create conditions for their comprehensive development.

W artykule poruszono problematykę pracy z uczniem szkoły muzycznej stopnia podstawowego. Uczeń podlegający profesjonalnej edukacji muzycznej to uczeń posiadający szczególne uzdolnienia, które stanowią podstawę do objęcia go wsparciem w procesie kształcenia muzycznego. Szczególna rola przypada w tym zakresie nauczycielowi przedmiotu głównego, który dzięki formie lekcji indywidualnych ma możliwość rozpoznania potrzeb edukacyjnych swoich podopiecznych oraz stworzenia im warunków do całościowego rozwoju.

W artykule podjęto problematykę szkoły jako miejsca wspierania rozwoju dzieci i młodzieży zdolnej w kontekście wsparcia społecznego rozumianego jako towarzyszenie społeczne dziecku i jego rodzinie oraz udzielanie pomocy przez profesjonalnie przygotowanych pracowników. Zaprezentowane wyniki badań pokazują, w jakim stopniu środowisko szkolne (nauczyciele, pedagodzy, psycholodzy, doradcy zawodowi) wspiera uczniów zdolnych i ich rodziców w rozwoju ich potencjału.

The article talks about school as a place to support the development of talented children and youth in the context of social support understood as social accompaniment to a child and their family and giving help by professionally prepared workers. The presented research results show how much school environment (teachers, psychologists, career counsellor) is supporting talented students and their parents in the development of their potential.

The will-be-teacher should develop several skills (social, educational, professional) with several groups of students (classic classes, classes with special needs). In this regard, we recommend and analyze in the article the program, which supports the multiple competences of will-be-teachers and, above all, the competence in working with talented students. The program includes a wide range of techniques and activities for the talented students. The talented student not only needs to deepen and expand his knowledge and skills, but also to optimize his social and personal characteristics. The whole program is done in the foreign language. This promotes linguistic competence, natural communication, and the ability to solve different life situations in the foreign language.

Der angehende Lehrer sollte verschiedene Fähigkeiten mit mehreren Schülergruppen entwickeln. In diesem Zusammenhang empfehlen wir als auch analysieren wir in diesem Artikel das Programm, das die vielfältigen Kompetenzen von Lehramtslehrern und vor allem die Kompetenz in der Arbeit mit talentierten Schülern unterstützt. Das Programm umfasst eine breite Palette von Techniken und Aktivitäten für talentierte Studenten. Der talentierte Student muss nicht nur sein Wissen und seine Fähigkeiten vertiefen und erweitern, sondern auch seine sozialen und persönlichen Eigenschaften optimieren. Das gesamte Programm wird in der Fremdsprache abgelegt. Dies fördert Sprachkompetenz, natürliche Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Lebenssituationen in der Fremdsprache zu lösen.
