Podstawowym celem niniejszej publikacji jest statystyczne przedstawienie skali oszustw podatkowych województwa pomorskiego i Polski w odniesieniu do mandatów karnych, ilości i wysokości kar grzywnych wymierzonych przez sąd, a także w drodze dobrowolnego poddania się odpowiedzialności. Opracowanie podejmuje problematykę przestępstw podatkowych wskazując wielkość i złożoność uszczupleń wpływających na budżet państwa, a także określa obszary wysokiego ryzyka, które spowodowały największe straty.

The main aim of this publication is the statistical exposure of the level of tax fraud in the Pomeranian Voivodship and in Poland in comparison to the penalties, concretely to the quantity and the amount of financial penalties imposed by judicial authorities or by voluntary surrender of responsibility. The study deals with the issue of tax fraud showing the size and complexity of the depletion of the public budget and it also specifies high-risk sectors which caused the greatest losses.
