W artykule przestawiono te obszary pracy pedagogicznej, które występują w pracy nauczy-ciela i w których może, ale nie musi on funkcjonować. Praca pozalekcyjna nauczyciela stanowi obszar obowiązków podejmowanych dobrowolnie lub o samodzielnie ustalanym zakresie. W artyku-le zostały zawarte ich przykłady. Przyjmowane przez nauczyciela postawy wobec pracy pozalekcyjnej wskazują na jego stosunek do całości działań pedagogicznych w szkole i w zawodzie.

The article presents areas of pedagogical work occurring in teacher’s job in which they can, but not has to function. Teacher’s extracurricular work is an area of duties undertaken freely or with independently determined range. Their examples were included in the article. Taking extracurricular work by teacher indicates their attitude towards the entirety of pedagogic initiatives in school and job.
