The article presents the most important activities that were prepared and implemented by the Ministry of National Defence between 2016 and 2017 to improve the teaching and scientific research quality of the military universities. The presented activities have been briefly characterized, against the backdrop of military needs. Their substantial and financial scope was presented as well. The article uses data prepared for the management of the National Defence Ministry by Department of Science and Military Education.

Artykuł prezentuje najważniejsze działania, jakie zostały przygotowane i uruchomione przez Ministerstwo Obrony Narodowej w latach 2016 – 2017 w celu podniesienia jakości dydaktycznej i naukowej w uczelniach nadzorowanych przez Ministra Obrony Narodowej. Przedstawione działania zostały w zwięzły sposób scharakteryzowane na tle potrzeb resortu obrony narodowej. Przedstawiono ich zakres merytoryczny i finansowy. W artykule wykorzystano dane przygotowywane na potrzeby kierownictwa resortu obrony narodowej w Departamencie Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wojskowego MON.
