Dogotherapy is a form of therapeutic exercise. It is also an example of how natural methods are used to treat disabilities in both children and adults. The paper tackles the issue of using dogs in the treatment of people with disabilities.. The author analyses the available literature and research results to highlight the main areas of using dogs for rehabilitation purposes.

Dogoterapia to jedna z form ćwiczeń leczniczych. Jest również przykładem na wykorzystanie naturalnych metod w leczeniu niepełnosprawności zarówno dzieci, jak i osób dorosłych. Artykuł podejmuje zagadnienie zastosowania psów w terapii osób z niepełnosprawnością. Autorka wskazuje główne obszary wykorzystania tych zwierząt w rehabilitacji, analizując dostępną na ten temat literaturę naukową i wyniki badań naukowych.
