Artykuł pt. „Rozwój norm prawnych regulujących wykonywanie polowania na ziemiach polskich,” przedstawia kształtowanie się norm prawnych dotyczących wykonywania polowania na ziemiach polskich. W treści tego artykułu mówi się o wykonywaniu polowania jako eksploatatorskiej działalności ingerującej w środowisko przyrodnicze. Ponadto autor wykazuje czy ustawodawstwo dotyczące polowań ma charakter ochronny i jest niezbędne w funkcjonowaniu państwa i społeczeństwa.

An article under the title “The Development Of Legal Standards Governing Hunting in Poland," shows the evolution of the rules of law concerning hunting in Poland. In the paper there is a discussion on hunting as the activities in the natural environment. In addition, the author demonstrates whether legislation on hunting is a protective and is essential to the functioning of the State and society.
