Dynamika organizacji nabiera znaczenia jako obszar badawczy kształtujący nowy opis organizacji przyszłości. W artykule przedstawiono kluczowe determinanty dynamiki, na bazie organizacji opartych na wiedzy, których związki procesowo-zespołowe uwypuklają współzależności z wiedzą i kapitałem intelektualnym. Uwzględniono także psychodynamiczne uwarunkowania zachowań zespołowych i ich wpływ na dynamiczną równowagę organizacji.

The dynamics of the organization is gaining importance as a research area shaping a new description of the organization of the future. The article presents the crucial determinants of the dynamics of the organization based on knowledge, whose process-team connections underline the interdependence between knowledge and intellectual capital. The article also presents the psychodynamic determinants of team behavior and their influence on the dynamic balance of the organization.
