Wokół koncepcji wynagradzania menedżerów występuje wiele kontrowersji, co do możliwości takiego kształtowania wynagrodzeń, aby efektywnie wspierały nadzór nad własnością.

This paper discusses the role of managers' salaries as an instrument through which owners of capital motivate managers to act in accordance with their interests. Around the concept of managers' salaries, there are many controversies connected with the possibilities of shaping salaries in order to support effectively the supervision of the property.
