Artykuł o charakterze polemicznym. Autorzy przytaczają przykłady dawnych i aktualnych aktów prawnych dotyczących zabezpieczenia społecznego, zawierających określenia i terminy niejednoznaczne lub niejasne, powodujące dowolność ich interpretacji. Zwracają uwagę na potrzebę załączania słowników terminów i określeń użytych w aktach legislacyjnych. Podejmują polemikę dotyczącą pojęcia osób niepełnosprawnych, wskazując jego nieodpowiedniość i niezgodność z Konwencją WHO z 2006 r.

In the polemic article the authors cite examples of past and current legislation on social security, containing ambiguous or unclear definitions and terms, resulting in freedom of their interpretation. They draw attention to the need to add vocabularies containing terms and definitions used in legislative acts. They gainsay the idea of people with disabilities, indicating its inadequacy and inconsistency with the WHO Convention, 2006.
